About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from aevum.house, operated by [legal seller name to be confirmed]. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy before ordering.

Purchases must be made by an adult who can enter a binding contract. Please provide accurate contact and address details and only use payment methods you are authorised to use.

Products and information

The product page identifies the material, purity, available variants and relevant product details. Only select a size or purity offered for that item. Some pieces are made or finished by hand, so small variations may occur where disclosed. Photography and screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not remove your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Any purity stamping, hallmark, certificate or care claim applies only as expressly stated for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. The amount you approve at checkout is the amount submitted for payment. We will ask for your agreement before proceeding if a price or availability issue changes the order.

We accept the online methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available. A payment-pending message does not confirm that an order has been paid. If a debit appears without confirmation, please contact support with the payment reference before paying again.

Order acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email tied to a verified payment. We will tell you if we cannot fulfil the order and, where payment was collected, arrange the applicable refund. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased amount without your agreement. Your order record preserves the items, variants, price and applicable terms agreed at purchase.

Delivery and made-to-order pieces

We deliver within India to serviceable locations. Charges and estimates are shown before purchase. Ready-stock dispatch time and the made-to-order timeline (calendar or business days) are being finalised for publication. Product-specific estimates on the product page take precedence where clearly stated before payment. Tracking is supplied when available.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges are available for size issues only. We do not accept voluntary returns or change-of-mind exchanges. Aevum arranges approved size-exchange shipping and confirms any applicable charge in advance. The full process, cancellation conditions and remedies for wrong, damaged or materially misdescribed items are in the Refund & Return Policy. These commercial limits do not exclude remedies required by law.

Account and acceptable use

Keep account access codes private and contact us if you suspect misuse. You must not interfere with the security of the site, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict misuse while preserving lawful access to your existing orders and complaints.

Website content and legal rights

The Aevum name, designs and site content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Browsing the site does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights, liability for fraud or other rights and responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Indian law applies. You retain access to competent courts, consumer commissions and other remedies available to you.

Contact and changes

Customer contact: Akshay Jangid. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and worked to redress within one month of receipt. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; the version relevant to your order remains part of its record.
