Before we begin

Please read this guide with our Refund & Return Policy, which is the authoritative document. If anything in this guide appears to conflict with that policy, the Refund & Return Policy applies.

This scheme covers size exchanges only. It does not offer voluntary returns, change-of-mind exchanges or exchanges for a different product. Faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed items are handled under the Refund & Return Policy and your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Is my item eligible?

Size-exchange eligibility is shown on the product page before purchase. If in doubt, write to us before requesting an exchange so we can confirm eligibility, available sizes and any price difference.

Items must be unworn other than reasonable inspection, unaltered, and returned with any included tags, accessories and packaging. Any product-specific conditions will be stated on the product page.

How to request an exchange

1. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number and the piece you would like to exchange.
2. We confirm eligibility, the available replacement size and any applicable price difference or shipping charge.
3. Aevum arranges the collection of the original piece and the shipment of the replacement. Please pack the item securely and keep any dispatch receipt safe.
4. We assess the returned item on receipt and dispatch the replacement, or explain a rejection with the reason if the piece did not meet the conditions above.

The exact request window and completion timetable, and whether the exchange shipping is free or carries a charge, are being confirmed by the business.

Made-to-order and customised pieces

Made-to-order and customised pieces may follow different terms because they are produced or altered for you specifically. Any size-exchange availability for such pieces will be stated on the product page before purchase. This does not remove statutory remedies for faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.
